Charles E. Scott

Charles E. Scott, 79, Johnstown, died April 7, 2017 at Laurelwood Care Center.  He was born June 9, 1937 in Charleston, WV, the son of the late Fred and Edith Elizabeth (Morton) Twimen.  Preceded in death by daughters, Jacquline Scott, Kimberly Morris and Kimberly Justice and brother, Joe Harris.  Survived by wife, Julia Murray; children, Charlene Scott, Philadelphia; Donna Williams and husband, Paul, Johnstown; Charles Scott, Jr., Johnstown and Quintonia Tippett, Philadelphia; 30 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  Also survived by brother, Maurice Womock, New York; mother-in-law, Hilda Murray and sister-in-law, Phyllis Murray.  Charles was a US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam.  Friends will be received from 10 AM until time of memorial service at 11 AM, Saturday, at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd.
