Eloise Barnette

Eloise Barnette, 90, Johnstown died March 25, 2017. She was born February 23, 1927, in Charlotte, NC, daughter of the late Isa and Blanche (Brooks) Williams. Preceded in death by sons, William, Collie, and grandson Robert Jr. Survived by son Robert Barnette, Sr. with wife Permilia; daughters Sharlene Barnette; and Frankie Thompson with husband Marion Matthew; grandchildren Darnell, LaRonn, Pearce, Keenen, LaPree and J Thompson; great grandchildren Sa'Veon, Areia, Christano, Antonio, Raegan, LaTaisha, Mercedes, Jordan, Davian, Neison and Anisha; great great grandchildren Stephen, Samira, and Angelo; and special friends Isabelle Robinson and Mildred Jones. She was formerly employed at the Fort Stanwix Hotel. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she attend church daily. She was also president of Mother Board. Service and viewing will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church. Viewing will be held on Friday, March 31st at 5-8pm and Saturday April 1st at 11-12pm followed by the funeral at 12pm. Repass Our Sons Main Event. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
