Judith K. O'Donnell

Judith K. O'Donnell, 71, Johnstown, died February 4, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born September 13, 1945 in Beaverdale, the daughter of the late Kathleen Barr.  She is survived by husband, Edward G. O’Donnell; daughter, Kelly married to Gary Leech, Johnstown and her grandchildren, who meant the world to her, Brandon and Kaitlyn Leech.  Also survived by brothers-in-law, John M. O’Donnell married to Jean and Tud O’Donnell married to Carol, all of Johnstown and several nieces and nephews.  Judith was a LPN employed at Children’s Hospital in Washington, D.C. and then worked in the Neonatal Unit at Memorial Medical Center.  She was a member of the German-Austrian Hall, The Catholic War Vets #1103 and Woodvale AC.  She enjoyed bingo, going to casinos and playing slot machines.  Judith especially enjoyed all her grandchildren’s sporting and school activities.  She was the best wife, mother and grandmother, always putting her family ahead of everything else. Friends will be received from 4 pm until time of funeral service at 7 pm, Tuesday at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd.  Rev. Clarence Bridges officiating.
