Robert (Rob) W. Jack

Robert W. Jack, (Rob) 43, Ferndale, passed away January 8, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center.  He was born September 13, 1973 in Johnstown, the son of the late Wayne Jack and Marsha Joanne (Gaye) Jack.  Also preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Robert Dean and Bernice Gaye.  Survived by sister, Stacy Lynn married to Sam Gates, niece and nephew, Maura and Benjamin Dunbar all of Virginia and uncle, Robert Dennis Gaye, Johnstown.  Rob graduated from Ferndale Area High School, Class of 1991.  At the request of the family, there will be no visitation and funeral service will be private.
