Ruth (Minemyer) Henze

Ruth (Minemyer) Henze 93, of Raleigh NC, formerly of Johnstown, moved to her heavenly home Dec. 1, 2017. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Emil, Oct. 1, 2004. Survived by her children, Elaine Younkin, Somerset; Karen Miller, husband Rod, Raleigh; and Jack Henze, wife Roxanne (Lybarger), Johnstown. Grandchildren, Lisa Davis, Somerset; Brent Miller, wife Amy (Hill), Raleigh; and Ryan Miller, wife Autumn (Spinks), Cincinnati. Great-grandchildren, Nathan King, wife Andrea (Ballard), Stoystown; Hannah Miller, Raleigh; and Sophia Miller, Cincinnati; and several nieces and nephews around the country. Friends and family will be received Wednesday, December 6, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd., Johnstown. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow with Pastor James Gay officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, 3429 Elton Rd., Johnstown.
