Angelo Paul Adolph, “Bud,” 70, Oakland, died August 6, 2017 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born May 24, 1947 in Johnstown, the son of the late Joseph J., Sr. and Florence (Moffat) Adolph. Preceded in death by brother, Joseph J. Adolph, Jr. Survived by wife, Marsha Giles and step-children, Jeremy J. Metzler married to Julie Talbot, Montreal, Canada and Melissa Metzler, Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Thèa Metzler and Leon Sonnentag, Montreal, Canada; sisters, Bonnie Harrington, Jacksonville, FL and Robin Paradella married to Tony of Winston-Salem, NC; brother, Doug Adolph, Johnstown and numerous nieces and nephews. Angelo retired from Shetler Memorials as a tombstone engraver. He was US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Angelo was also a member of the Moxham PNA. He was an avid bowler for years and always looked forward to hunting season and Steeler Football. Friends will be received from 4-8 PM, Wednesday at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd., where funeral service will be held at 10 AM, Thursday. Interment St. Anthony Cemetery.
