Gloria A. McGuirk

Gloria A McGuirk., 86, formerly of Johnstown, died June 29, 2017 at Milton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 26, 1930 in Johnstown, the daughter of the late Theodore and Genevieve (Tighe) Gehlmann.  Preceded in death by husband, Leo McGuirk in 2015; brothers, Theodore, William and Jude Gehlmann.  Survived by daughter, Diane Niebauer, wife of John; State College; daughter, Jacqueline Miller, wife of Garry, Lewisburg; son, Theodore McGuirk, husband of Teri Hahn, Winchester, VA; daughter, Michele Brennan, wife of Patrick, Mechanicsburg; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received from 2-5 PM, Sunday, at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM, Monday, at St. John Gualbert Cathedral.  The Very Rev. James F. Crookston.  Interment Grandview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice in memory of Gloria.
