Joyce A. (Spencer) Yancey

 Joyce A. Yancey, 91, Johnstown, died March 22, 2019, at Memorial Medical Center.  She was born October 26, 1927, in Colver, daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Watson) Spencer, she was also predeceased by her loving husband William Stanley Yancey, daughter Tina Yancey and brother Robert Spencer.  Surviving are daughter Brenda Davis, and son, Andre Yancey, both of Johnstown; granddaughter Tionna Washington; and great grandchildren, Arrington Franklin, Mark Washington and Ausja Reed; she is missed by close friends Christine Cooper and Alberta Brawley, who were like sisters to Joyce and an exceptionally close cousin, Sennie Quarrels.  Joyce was a member of Cambria A.M.E Zion Church where friends will be received on Saturday, March 30, 2019, from noon until the time of services at 1:00 PM, Revs. Judi Andrews and Sharon Johnson officiating  The family is being served by Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary.
