Walter H. Sipe, Jr.

Walter H. Sipe, Jr., 70, Johnstown, died June 21, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center.  He was born December  7, 1946 in Charlottesville, VA, the son of the late Walter H., Sr. and Dorothy A. (Busby) Sipe.   Survived by wife, the former Lynn Wilcox.  Walter was employed by The Cambria County Association of the Blind and Handicapped for 30 years. He was also a member of First Presbyterian Church, 309 Lincoln Street, where a memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Thursday.  The Rev. Alice Tondora officiating.
