Billy Ray Best, 58, Johnstown, died February 6, 2021. Born July 4, 1962 in Johnstown, son of the late Floyd and Pearl (Galentine) Best. Also preceded in death by sister Raylene. Survived by son Joshua Shank (Jalessa), Altoona; daughter Crystal Sutt, Johnstown; daughter, Lexy Ray Wilkins, Armagh; brothers Jerry Ridenour (Kim), Gerald Ridenour (Norma), both of Johnstown, and Danny Ridenour (Kathy), Ohio. Also survived by grandchildren Bentley and Lila, along with niece Tiffany; great niece Serenity; great nephew Conrad; nephew Jerry; niece Tracy; along with special friend Sandy Box. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, attending concerts, cooking and listening to the Beatles. He loved the Stuart Woods books and watching his favorite movie, Jeremiah Johnson. A service will be held at a later date.
