Cathy L. (Bennett) Thompson

Thompson, Cathy L., 53, Johnstown, died unexpectedly January 4, 2022.  Born November 2, 1968 in Johnstown, daughter of Robert Bennett and Barbara (Suttmiller) Bennett. Preceded in death by her father and favorite aunt Margaret Ann.  Survived by husband Steven Thompson; sons Tyler and fiance’ Erica, Surfside Beach, SC; and Beau; sister Shannon Shander (John), Johnstown; nephew Cameron and nieces Avary and Addison; cousins Billy McDowell and Robin Murphy along with her fur babies General and Frankie.  Cathy was office manager at Conemaugh Hospice.  She enjoyed reading and social media.  Services will be held on Friday at 1 PM at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd.
