Connie Lou (Danvir) Nelson

Connie Lou, (Danvir) Nelson, 82 died April 6. 2022 in Lass Vegas, NV. Born September 7, 1939 in St Michael. Daughter of Herbert and Rosella. Proceeded in death by both parents, son Michael James Nelson, brother Kenneth Danvir and great grandson Jack Nelson.  Survived by sister Betty Hiltabidel and Donna Mann. Survived by children Rae Lee Kinsey (James Sr.), Tammy Almaguer (David Glover), Mary Lou Nelson, Richard Nelson, William Nelson Jr. (Monica Triplin-Nelson), Rachelle “Angel” Cessna (James Jr.), Heather Ramirez (Rolando Chenard). Grandchildren James Kinsey Jr. (Cherie), Faith Nelson, Jason Kinsey, William “Manny” Nelson (Tiffany), Rebecca Cominsky,  Aisha Mpande (Paul), Severo “Pookie” Almaguer Jr., Dorothy “Beth” Wyatt-Peters (Sharik), Osmar Almaguer, Kendra Wyatt, William “Lexi” Nelson, Jasmine Seasholtz (Michael), Richard Harfield (Sammie), William “DJ” Nelson, James Cessna III, and Renee Cessna.  35 Great grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter.  A host of nieces, nephews and friends too many to mention. Best friend Elaine Tarbay.

She graduated from Johnstown High in 1958. She loved to dance and loved to host family holidays. She was an avid Steelers fan She loved people and knew many in the community. She was of strong faith in the Lord above. She was employed at The City County Clinic for many years. She also worked for Walmart, The Senior Center, The Spot Restaurant, The Red Ball, The New Yorker, and many other places throughout her lifetime. She was married to William Nelson Sr. who proceeded her in death.

Services will be private, and at the convenience of the family.  Interment Richland Cemetery.
