David Louis Jefferson Doepken

David Louis Jefferson Doepken, 73, Johnstown, peacefully left us November 18, 2024.  He was born in Wheeling WV, March 21, 1951, son of the late Louis and Katherine “Kitty” Jane (Jefferson) Doepken.  He is survived by numerous cousins, three of whom kept in close contact Sally Kay, Judy and Beth.  Dave, though seemingly quiet , would share many of his life’s stories once he met his comfort level with those he met and  he touched many lives with his wisdom. He was much a man unto himself, being an actor, he could put on many robes and play many roles.  He will definitely be missed.  A memorial service to honor Dave will be held at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd., Johnstown, PA 15905, on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 12:30 PM.
