David Walker Ott

David Walker Ott, 70, Arbutus Park Manor, died on September 19, 2026, at Arbutus Park Manor.  Born November 12, 1955 in Johnstown, son of Richard Morrell and Helen Walker Ott.  Preceded in death by parents and grandparents Minter and Ruby Rishell Ott and Clarence and Mary Darr Walker.  Survived by brother Paul Frederick and wife Lynn (Sinking Spring, PA), and nieces Alissa Ruth Ott (Reading, PA) and Kathleen Elizabeth (Brandon) Myers (Sinking Spring, PA).  1976 graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School.  Former employee of Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped and the Indiana County Workshop.  David was a loving and courageous man who met many challenges during his lifetime.  Life member of First Lutheran Church.  The family will receive friends at Picking Treece Bennett Mortuary, West Hills, 921 Menoher Boulevard, Johnstown on October 12, 2026, from 10:00-11:00 AM. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Memorial contributions in David’s name may be made to the Preservation Fund of First Lutheran Church, 415 Vine Street, Johnstown, PA  15901.
