Deborah A. Church, 67, Johnstown, died October 16, 2020. She was born July 31, 1953, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Carl and Delila (Forney) Fisher. She is survived by her loving husband , Daniel W. Church, whom she wed July 30, 2005; children Patrice Blanner (Chuck), and Melissa Hysong (Jay), and Charise Pastorik; grandchildren Adam Gray (Page), Jessica Revel (Shawn), Carleigh; great grandchildren Gage, Jason, Brynlee and Lila; siblings Donald Fisher, and his significant other Diane Harp, and Dee Fisher, married to Craig Jones; niece Ally Carter Rose, and nephew Derek Carter (Ada); and great-nephews, Desmond E. and Darius E. Carter. Deborah worked as a RN at Conemaugh Hospital, was a faithful member of 1st United Methodist Church, a loyal Tomahawks Fan, enjoyed travelling especially to Chincoteague, and Ocean City, MD. She loved her feline friends Maggie and Chloe, but the most important to her were her family and the kids. No more pain and no more canes. Friends will be received on Friday, from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00AM, at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd. The Revs. Ed Herrold and Dennis Zimmerman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cambria County Humane Society.
