Deborah Anne (Williams) Stigers

Deborah Anne Stigers, 66, Southmont, died October 21, 2021.  She was born March 1, 1955, in Johnstown, daughter of Bruce R. and Ruth Y. (Labarko) Williams, who survive..  She was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Penrod.  Survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Joseph H. Stigers, brother Arthur Williams, Felton, DE and brother-in-law, Merle Penrod, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Deborah worked as a CNA.  She also shared an Air Force Career with her husband, living in numerous locations here and abroad.  Debbie did numerous volunteer projects to help with her husband’s squadrons.  She loved animals, especially her 2 fur babies, Bonnie & Clyde.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-5 at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd.  Funeral services will be private, with interment in Grandview Cemetery.
