Derrick Holloman Obituary

Derrick N. Holloman, Sr., 71, Johnstown formerly of Washington, D.C. went to be with the Lord on December 18, 2024. He was born August 29, 1953. He is survived by his wife , the former Dandrea Roebuck; and sons Derrick N. Holloman, Jr., Lontrell and daughter Shamykka; grandson Noah; siblings Cathy (Richard), Wanda (Leroy), Miles and Tenedia; brothers-in-law Ricky and Dave and sister-in-law, Shay. Also survived by mother-in-law Yvonne Roebuck and father-in-law Richard Roebuck, Sr. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Grace, niece Nancy and great niece, Doniesha. Derrick served in the United States Army, retired after 25 years with Howard University, and also worked at the Tribune-Democrat. He was a member of the Sharon Baptist Church, of D.C., and the CC Club of D.C. he was a fan of all DC spots teams. Private services.
