Dorothy will be sadly missed by her family, especially her sons. We were blessed to have her as our mom. Her strong Catholic faith was always so very important to her throughout her life, which made her a fighter during her health problems later in life. Because of the Covid pandemic, there will be no public service at this time. A memorial funeral mass will be held at a date to be announced later. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Clement Food Pantry or St. Vincent DePaul Soup Kitchen in Dorothy’s name. The family would like to thank her caregivers, Pat and Mary Ann for all the love and care they put into taking care of our mom, our relatives for their love and support, Dr. Leonardo Amper and staff and Sharon; Kathy and Sara at Pelvic Therapy at Chan Soon Shiong Medical Center at Windber; Seventh Ward Ambulance and Hilltop Ambulance; Marcie, Renae, Chaplin Andrew, Carol, Onnie, Patty and Mickey at Via Quest Home Health and Resta Home Health; Dr. Maharajh and past and present staff at Westmont Woods, thank you all for everything you did for Dorothy.
