Dorothy C. (Belihar) Shumaker

Dorothy C. Shumaker, 96, formerly of Johnstown, died March 28, 2019, in Ebensburg.  Born February 1, 1923 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Amershek) Belihar.  Also preceded in death by husband, Earl Warren Shumaker in 1973, brother Patrick Belihar, sister, Mary Jane Berkebile, grandson James Earl Shumaker and close friend Charles Berkey.  Survived by daughter Robin Lynn and wife Kay.  Retired from Beerman’s Auto Supply.  Member of Moxham Lutheran Church, Geistown and Lorain VFD auxiliary, Harmonie and Turner’s.  Friends can meet at Grandview Cemetery at 10 AM Tuesday for graveside service.  Arrangements by Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc.
