Evelyn W. (Anderson) Krause

EVELYN W. (ANDERSON) KRAUSE, 98, Johnstown, was called to her Heavenly Home on October 25, 2019.  Born July 22, 1921, in Vintondale, daughter of the late Andrew and Sarah (Ramsy) Anderson, also predeceased by her faithful and loyal husband, Carl J. Krause.  Survived by her precious daughter, Naomi Jean Henze, married to Tom.  Also survived by nephews Calvin Anderson and wife Dorothy; Earl Anderson and wife, Marlene; William Anderson and wife, Sharon.  Evelyn was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Morrellville and had served on many committees.  Evelyn was a member of the Eastern Star and formerly of the White Shrine of Jerusalem.  She was a cashier at Glosser Brothers Department Store for many years.  Friends will be received Monday from 3-8 PM at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd.  Service will be held at Calvary United Methodist Church, Tuesday at 11:00 AM, Revs. Matthew Williams and Donald Brauer.  Entombment, Grandview mausoleum.  Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church Building Fund.  Her family would like to thank the Windber Hospice Staff, and those who showed their love and care.  “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4-7.
