Frank A. Williams

 FRANK A. WILLIAMS, 69, of Johnstown, died June 14, 2019.  He was born December 7, 1949, in Johnstown, son of the late Robert D. and Genevieve (Cunningham) Anthony.  Preceded in death by son, Scott Andrews; siblings Wilbert Cooper, LeRoy Williams & Leatta Williams and grandparents Jessie and Leo Cunningham.  He is survived by his loving partner of 22 years, Terri Cashaw; his sons, Alex, Sacramento, CA, and Alan Williams of Johnstown, along with several grandchildren.  Also survived by brothers, Leo Cooper, York; and John Robert Anthony, and wife, Jeanette (Davis), Johnstown; along with host of aunts, nephews and cousins.  Frank was a construction worker and a member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 400 Pine St., where friends will be received on Monday, June 24, from 10 AM until time of service at noon, Rev. Dr. Ralph E. Johnson, celebrant, and Rev. Rita Williams, eulogist.
