Gregory K. Hilton, 74, Johnstown, died at his residence. Born July 18, 1950 to Levi and Catherine (Isaac) Hilton. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Avette Michelle, brother William and sister Debra. Survived by loving wife of 51 years and best friend, the former Barbara Andrews, son Vinson of Maryland, brother Kerry of North Dakota, sisters Lois of Texas and Theresa of Johnstown, grandchildren Tanequa L. of South Carolina and Tanasia M. of Altoona and great-grandchild Avaiah. Greg is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was formerly employed by Bethlehem Steel in the Machine Shop and later at Quaker Sales. Greg attended Greater Johnstown High School. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates. He enjoyed fishing. He was a friend to many and loved by all. He will be remembered for his easy personality and great sense off humor. Greg, aka "Rat" will be greatly missed. Special thanks to Jackie and Leroy Gunby. Friends will be received at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary from 4-7 PM on Friday where service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, Rev. James Britt officiating.
