Helen was known for her locally famous nut rolls, her quick wit and most-times inappropriate sense of humor. She had several phrases used throughout her life, the best remembered “I’ll kick your butt until your nose bleeds” has been handed down through the generations. She was the glue that held our family together, hosting and preparing Sunday and Holiday family dinners and get-togethers. She was greatly loved and will be remembered and missed by all who knew her. Fly high, Mom, we love you more! Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 28 from 3-7 PM at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary. Funeral mass will be held at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 29, Fr. Peter Crowe officiating.
