John F. Wallace

John F. Wallace, Jr., 78, Johnstown passed away June 11, 2025 at Rihland Healthcare and Rehabilitation.  He was born December 1, 1947, in Johnstown, son of the late John F., Sr. and Janet (Maley) Wallace, also preceded in death by an infant sister, Jenifer.  Survived by son Brian (Misty), grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Karen Roles (Mike), brother Tom (Linda) and numerous nieces and nephews. John was a medic in the Army serving in Germany.  He worked in banking for many years and at the Incline Shop in Westmont.  He was an avid runner, running in many marathons in Johnstown and Pittsburgh.  He also loved golfing and fishing with friends, and rooting for all the various Pittsburgh teams.  At John’s request there will be no visitation or services.  Burial will be private at Grandview.  Let’s all raise a glass for John.  He will be remembered fondly and missed greatly.
