Kenneth “Ken” Bilger, 75, Southmont, loving husband and father, went to meet his Savior, face to face, on October 5, 2019. He was born September 18, 1944, in Missouri, son of Kenneth and Hattie (Brandt) Bilger. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Elaine (Lloyd) Bilger; son, Kenneth “JR” Bilger, Jr., Saxton; daughter Kim Elaine (Bilger) Lampel, Johnstown; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Ken was a Viet Nam Navy veteran, an auto mechanic, woodworker, and a faithful member of 3rd Brethren Church. Ken cherished time spent with family, especially his grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday, from 2-8 PM, at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd., where services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM, Rev. Chris Dull officiating., interment Armagh Cemetery. Ken’s family would like to thank the West Hills Ambulance Service and Conemaugh Home Health for all their help.
