Lenora Mae (Carothers) Bennett

Lenora Mae Bennett, 71, Johnstown, left this life, and entered life eternal on April 25, 2025.  She was born July 1, 1953, in Johnstown, daughter of the late William J. Carothers and Margaret Mae Dietz, and also preceded in death by her step-father Andrew Janovec, and her Husband Howard Gene Bennett, Sr. and twin infant grandchildren.  She is survived by children Tanya, Anndala(Bruce, Jr.), Sherri, Terri, Anthony, Sharla, Jeremy(Nichele), Joseph, Sheleen, Leonard and Heather; grandchildren Bret, Marissa, Bruce, Brandon, Faith, Ethan, Bella, Lorelei, Arriellene, Phoenix, Nittany, M., Leo, Gabe, Madyson, Ashton, Teaghan, Daisy, Alyssa, Kara, Dominic; great-grandchildren, Grayson and Kiara; Sister, Darlene Shomo (Bill) and numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved pets, Marley and Dutchess.  Lenora had worked as a seamstress / shoe maker also at Bestform before finding her calling as a proud mother.  Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd., and on Wednesday from 1 until the time of services at 2:00 at Oakland Church, 1504 Bedford St. Rev. Jeremy Barkley officiant.  Interment Oak Cemetery.
