Marion Matthew Thompson

Marion Matthew Thompson, 72, died on November 7, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center.  Born January 19, 1951 in Johnstown, son of Matthew and Gersilee (Mickens) Thompson.  Preceded in death by parents, sisters Tiguana and Karen; and son J’Lon.  Survived by wife, Frankie (Barnette); sons Keenan, Marion, Nathaniel; daughters LaPree, and Celene; brothers Thomas, Edward and Gregory; sisters Geraldine, Lillian, Melinda and Bernadine.  Numerous grandchildren along with a host of relatives and friends.  He was retired from the car shop at Bethlehem Steel Co.  Friends will be received at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd. on Monday from 1 PM until time of service at 3 PM, Rev. Theodore Tisinger officiating.
