Patricia Porter

Patricia (Pattie) Heaney Porter, passed peacefully from this world to the next, on June 1, 2026, after a relatively short illness.  Pattie wants everyone to have happy and memorable times with laughter, joy and smiles, not regrets or sorrow.  She is confident that she will be met by many who cared for, and loved her, her grandparents, William Joseph Conroy and Frances (Murray) Conroy; Robert Clark Heaney and Grace (Campbell) Heaney; parents Robert Clark Heaney and Florence (Conroy) Heaney; children John Porter, Matthew Brady Porter, and Kathleen Campbell Porter; and a sister Mary Martha Heaney Russell.  She is survived by her son, Robert E. Porter, III, her ex-husband, Robert E. Porter, Jr, and sister Margaret D. Heaney; and many nieces and nephews and numerous dear friends.  Pattie always enjoyed life, including being a legal assistant and a real estate professional and through these positions she made many friends.  Family and friends are encouraged to attend a Funeral Mass at Our Mother of Sorrows on Tuesday, June 9, at 10:00 AM, Rev. Mark Begly officiating. Arrangements by Picking-Treece-Bennett.

And lastly, Pattie wants to apologize, because she won’t be making any bread this year.
