Paul W. Luther, AKA Crystalynn, 66, Johnstown, died May 1, 2020. Born March 30, 1954 in Waco, TX, son of the late Stanley Ray and Nellie (Fay) Luther. Survived by daughter Sarah Madison, Columbia, MD. Paul was a professor of education at the University of Maryland, and a retired captain of US Army. Services were private.
