Ralph M. Raymond

Ralph M. Raymond, 93, Johnstown, died January 24, 2024, at Memorial Medical Center.  Born November 29, 1930, in Johnstown, son of the late Ralph and Rebecca Raymond, also predeceased by sisters Naomi Ryberg, Jean Palmer and Janet Faust.  Survived by loving wife of 69 years, the former Mary N. Lavely; daughters Sheryl Raymond; Tracy Lynn Fritz (Tom) and granddaughter Tara Lynn Fritz; and brother Donald Raymond, and many nieces and nephews.  He retired from Bethlehem Steel as an electrician, and was a member of the First Lutheran Church.  He was also a proud member of the Indiana Bear Club since 1950, where he made many friends andthat became a forever bond as he enjoyed hunting with his brother and son-in-law and members of the IBC.  Friends will be received on Monday from 3 to 6 at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd., where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:30, Vicar Christy Harford officiating.  Interment Richland Cemetery.
