Richard O. Cobaugh

Richard, O. Cobaugh, 70, Johnstown, died December 14, 2018.  He was born July 3, 1948, in Johnstown, son of the late Claud and Marguerite Cobaugh.  He is survived by his loving wife, Laurie A. (Zedlar) Cobaugh.  He retired from McClure& McClure, and served in the Army during the Vietnam War.  Coe was an active member of Charles T. Menoher VFW Post #155, serving in many capacities including as a Past Commander.  A military memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday February 1, 2019, at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., 921 Menoher Blvd.
