Roger W. Reininger

Roger W. Reininger, 78, of Johnstown, peacefully passed on December 24, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Johnstown, March 17, 1947, son of the late John A. Reininger and the former Alice Bennett, also preceded in death by brothers, James and Edwin.  He is survived by his wife, the former Sonya L. Felix, and daughters, Vicki, married to John Ryan, Delmont; and Wendy, married to Nick Slachta, Lebanon; grandchildren, Heather married to Stanley M. Teprovich, Jr. and Zachary, married to the former Christina Alban, and great-grandchildren Connor and Brayden.  Roger served in the Army reserves, and he retired from Penelec in the joint owned accounting department.  He and his wife attended Moxham Covenant Brethren Church.  Friends will be received on Monday from 11AM until the time of services at 1PM at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, 921 Menoher Blvd., Rev. Dan Rhodes officiant.  Interment following at Grandview.
