Sara M. Noon

Sara M. Noon, 71, Upper Yoder Township, died November 13, 2020.  She was born August 25, 1949, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Paul and Ruth (Gleich) Schmidt, also predeceased by her life partner, Chuck Bender, sister Sue Sisler, and niece Jessie Sisler.  She is survived by her children Shawn Noon, and wife Jodi, and Stephen Noon, and partner Amanda, both of Johnstown, and Heather Ray, and husband Tom, Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Maggie and Brody Ray, Kaci Noon, and Jim and Jon Boyle; siblings, Ed Schmidt (Kelley), San Diego; Jack Schmidt (Beth), Randallstown, MD; Paul Schmidt (Ernestine), Johnstown; and Jean Hunter, TX.  Sara was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, Harmonie Singing Society and American Legion Auxiliary.  At her request all services will be private.
