George was a good friend from our high school days. I moved away after college to the West Coast. I will always remember George as such a sweet and kind guy. He was truly and literally a gentle giant. I am sure he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. I remember sharing my faith with George! My prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Love to you all....Mary Ann

I only met George a short time ago but the one thing I know is that he deeply loved his wife and family. May the beautiful memories of the past give you comfort in your sadness and know that George is home with the Lord. God bless

George was one of my favorite cousins. I knew George best as a tough kid who played football for the Johnstown Trojans. He was a giant of a kid at 6 foot 5 inches. I commend him for his service to his country. He joined the Air Force and served in Viet Nam. George grew to be a giant of a man for his wife and children. He will be missed by all who knew him.
